CHAPTER 49

So I woke up this morning very early so I could see my dad off while he traveled then came back home and got ready to go deliver the drawing of the priest that I did since two weeks ago.

When I got to the delivery place it started raining --- lucky me, if not I would have been drenched together with the drawing--- I had to hang around till the rain settles, had a long conversation with Jumai ( the girl who gave me the gig of the priest ). After like four hours of raining it finally decided to come down and so I started coming back home.

I encountered a rude bike man on my way back, he refused to give me my balance but after much argument he decided to drop the balance. Neye apparently was waiting for me at home and so I had to hurry to go see her. Ya, she came back yesterday but couldn't talk about it because yesterday was the anniversary chapter and twas dedicated to me and my girlfriend.

So, i had to rush home just so I could get home on time and not keep her waiting for long.

Finally I got home after much Lagos bad road stress and apologized to her for stalling and keeping her waiting. I then quickly took my bath after which i ate lunch then we hanged out for a while.

At about 4pm we left to go fix her broken phone and from there we went to go say hi to a mutual friend who i also helped him with his phone formatting and while on that it started raining again. We both took cover in his house till it came down afterwards we left.

I got home then did dinner, played with my laptop a bit, spoke with neye on phone again and now am writing to ya'll with my eye half close. Haven't had much sleep...

Ll: “I don't think I learnt anything helpful together, guess twas because I just lived today without really thinking deep about my every move, so next time am just gonna slow it down and get lives message--- lesson learnt!!! ”
