The recording artists living in Los Angeles have just been notified that the home they’ve rented since February has been sold and they must pack-up and leave within 60 days.

Their rented home was sold by its owner for $35.5 million, while last year its starting price was $48 million! The couple weren’t interested to outbid the lowered price, and now they and
daughter Blue Ivy need to quickly look for a new place to relocate into.

It’s reported the mid-century 16,000 square foot Holmby Hills estate rents for $150k a month. The super private home has an abundance of outdoor patios and balconies, an infinity pool, views of Hollywood Hills, master suite with 3 walk-in closets, powder room and
